We keep data collection to the minimum a comparison site needs, and this page sets out exactly what that is.

Who we are

Wager Attic (wagerattic.com) is an independent, affiliate-funded comparison site for UK casino brands. For anything to do with your data, reach us at editors@wagerattic.com.

What we collect

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect payment details — there's nothing to pay for. What we do handle is limited to three things: anonymous analytics about which pages get read, the cookie preference you set, and the contents of any message you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.

Why we use it

Analytics tell us which guides are useful so we can improve them. Your cookie choice is stored so we don't keep asking. Messages are used only to reply to you. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell data to anyone, including the operators we list.

Third parties

When you click through to an operator, you leave our site and their own privacy policy takes over — we have no visibility of what you do there. Our hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf under their own terms, and we keep that list short on purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to a particular use. Email us and we'll handle it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've got something wrong.
